Senior Community Services, a United Way agency, is a non-profit human services organization offering a range of programs and services designed to help older adults remain well, active, and independent in their homes and communities. Counseling & Case Management to evaluate & access services which promote independence & meet individual needs
Support for Caregivers
Health Insurance Counseling
Household & Outside Maintenance for Elderly (H.O.M.E.) Program, providing homemaking & home maintenance services
Largest not-for-profit provider of transportation for seniors in Hennepin County
Operates eight senior centers & programs in Hennepin & Wright Counties
Volunteer Opportunities
Work with older adults as Friendly Visitors, Phone Monitors, Health Insurance Counselors, assist with projects in our office, transportation volunteers, or H.O.M.E. volunteers.
