NORC is a demonstration project funded by the Federal Administration on Aging and the Minnesota Department of Human Services. The vision of this project is to create an environment that nurtures healthy aging and inspires residents of all ages to work towards that goal. The mission is to enable older adults to remain in their homes for as long as they can with the support they need to be healthy, safe and engaged citizens.
